Presentation guidelines
Poster session
Poster dimensions should be in A0 format, oriented in Portrait mode (i.e. dimensions of 84.1 cm wide x 118.9 cm tall).
Posters should be readable from a slight distance. You can use poster template.
Each poster presenter is responsible for printing their own posters and taking them to the poster halls in time for mounting before the session starts. No printing services will be available at the Colloquium venue. The conference organizers will supply materials for mounting the posters.
Your poster should cover the key points of your work. It need not, and should not, attempt to include all the details; you can describe them in person to people who are interested. The ideal poster is designed to attract attention, provide a brief overview of your work, and initiate discussion.
Please put up your poster during the break before your session starts. Your place for the poster is indicated with a number corresponding to the number of your paper in the session. Take down the poster immediately after your session ends.
At least one presenter must be present at your poster during the entirety of the session.
Oral session
The presentation format is a 8-minute talk including questions and discussion. Format for presentation file is PowerPoint (pptx) or Acrobat Reader (pdf).
